Service description
  • The customer reports a faulty device to the service desk over the telephone. If the service desk cannot eliminate the fault by telephone, a Fujitsu service partner will remedy the error at the customer's location. In warranty cases, Fujitsu Technology Solutions assumes the costs for the required work and travel time within a radius of 50 km, for any necessary transportation and for the required material or spare part.
