Service description
  • The customer reports a faulty device to the service desk over the telephone. If the service desk cannot eliminate the fault by telephone, the device will be collected from the customer's and brought to a Repair Center to be repaired or swopped. Afterwards the device will be returned to the customer. In warranty cases, Fujitsu Technology Solutions bears the costs for collection, the required material or spare part and any necessary working times as well as the transport costs for returning the device to the customer.

  • Please note that a Support Pack can only be ordered no later than 90 days after the purchase of a hardware product – do not hesitate for too long! Please also bear in mind that you must activate the Support Pack online within 30 days after purchase! Otherwise, the validity of the Support Pack will expire.
